First Recipe Post!

I’ve never done this before so bear with me here as I post my first recipe. Just to be clear, this isn’t my first recipe, as in the first one I’ve ever come up with. If you know me well, then you know that I love to cook and improvisation with food and different flavors comes naturally to me. This is merely the first post I’ve ever written on a recipe.

Easy Lactose Free Fruit Smoothie


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 8oz. cup of frozen strawberries
  • 18oz. cup of frozen mangos
  • 2 8z. cups of almond milk (now available at your local grocer)

Combine in blender and whirl about until smooth. Makes 3-4 servings.

This recipe is so easy, so good, sweet, healthy, and light. I often enjoy a glass with my lunch and as I’m making it for myself, it lasts 2-3 days.
